Let’s talk fear.
Ok, real talk. I’m pretty sure there is some element of fear involved with any pregnant woman. Fears for baby, fears for her own health, fears for what parenthood might look like.
🤍how do you cope with your fear???? 🤍give your fear a name. Look it square on and put it in its place!
🤍Look at statistics.... the numbers and facts have always helped ease my fears! 🤍Talk with your doula. Having saying things out loud and talking through them often help with perspective!
🤍meditate. Repeat positive affirmations daily. For instance, I AM NOT AFRAID. I add affirmations approximately every other day on here, so stay tuned and add to your positivity bank!!!!
🤍Remember- this has been going on for thousands and thousands of years. You have all the equipment. You are smart, capable, wonderfully made, and ready. You can do this!! STRONG. EMPOWERED. NURTURED. 🤍
